Character design - Karakonјula

Faculty project for Packaging design.

In folk legends, Karakonјula is described as a female demonic creature with the figure of an old woman with a bizarre face, bright eyes, large and sharp nails, iron teeth and (very often) with goat spears, ears and horns, like a satire from Greek mythology.

This is, on the other hand, a modern, handmade Karakonjula, an old woman with exaggerated makeup, and the body of a gorilla. She lifts young people from their seats in public transport in Serbia, and everyone is afraid of her!
